- Shared service maintenance Mechanical and Electrical Services engineers dedicated to a group of customers whose individual maintenance requirements are insufficient for a fully dedicated person
- 24 Hour response, maintenance and repair We provide Mechanical and Electrical Services emergency response 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We aim to respond to all call-outs through our helpdesk within agreed specified time limits
- Minor mechanical & electrical small works We will undertake small installation works and remedial repairs for our customers
- Minor refurbishment We will undertake routine replacement and upgrade projects for our customers
- Mechanical & Electrical projects We will undertake installation projects for our customers from design through to practical completion
